Kid's Club Facilities & Meals
The Penguin Club is a fully 3000 square metre (3.588 square yards) enclosed area, located approximately 100 metres from the main building. The kid's club has a vast number of facilities:
- Large indoor play area equipped with adequate furniture and toys.
- Large outside play area containing a climbing area, football pitch, bicycle track, swimming pool and a sand pit. During the summer season a jumping castle is also setup.
- Penguin Mac Restaurant.
- Fully equipped crèche and baby changing facilities.
- Area specially reserved for toddlers.
- Games room fully equipped with toys, games, sports equipment and all other necessary materials for children.
The crèche facilities are free of charge for children when accompanied by their parents, but a fee is applicable for those placed in our care (please consult our Rate + Package section).
The kid's club is physically accessible for children with disabilities. All outside facilities are sufficiently shaded and abide by very strict health and safety measures and requirements.
Our Penguin Team members all have the necessary training and skills for child supervision and guidance.
MEALS
The Penguin Club cuisine is varied, adapted to children's taste, healthy and well balanced. During the summer season, the Village prizes itself of its own restaurant - Penguin Mac.
The Penguin Mac, with its fun and colourful décor, is furnished with appropriate sized tables and chairs for children. Meals are always supervised by members of the kid's club Team. Great care is taken to design a menu providing a selection of balanced meals, suiting the needs of growing young children. All special dietary requirements or restrictions are carefully catered for individually when necessary.
Meals and or beverages consumed in the Penguin Club are not included in the Village's rates and are separately charged. Due to health and safety measures, we do not allow the entry or consumption of perishables that have not been prepared or purchased in the Penguin Club.
A breakfast buffet specially catered for children - Penguin Buffet - is available at the Sagres Restaurant, during the Easter and summer season. Lunch or dinners at the Penguin Mac are subject to pre-booking, in the morning, at the Penguin Club desk. Room service and all restaurants (except Le Grill Restaurant) have children menus.
